Community Rules En
Draft version: v1.1 · October 13, 2026. These Guidelines apply to versions of OutfitMuse that offer community features. The effective date will be set when the community launches.
The OutfitMuse community is a place to share outfits and find styling inspiration. These Guidelines cover public outfit images, associated clothing images, avatars, display names, and activity in the community. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Accounts operated by OutfitMuse must follow the same content standards.
Applicable country or regional notices also apply based on where you live and where we offer the service. Changing the app's display language does not change those protections.
Read and accept these Guidelines before posting. When you publish an outfit, its image, associated clothing images, your display name, and your avatar become visible to other users. Your private notes and the rest of your unpublished wardrobe are not included.
You keep any rights you have in your content. By posting, you give us limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display, technically process, and review it only as needed to provide the community service. Other users can like, save, and share public posts, and use published outfits as references for AI try-on through the app's features. This permission does not transfer ownership, allow unrestricted commercial use, or authorize AI model training.
Accepting these Guidelines does not replace the separate disclosure and explicit permission required before personal information is shared with third-party AI providers. See our Privacy Policy and the notices shown for AI features for details and your choices.
Only post content you own or have permission to use. If an image includes someone else's likeness or other protected material, you must have the permissions needed for public display, sharing, and the related AI try-on use. Do not impersonate someone, use stolen images, or reveal another person's contact details, home address, identity documents, or other private information without authorization.
Public content is still protected by copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights. Saving, sharing, or trying on an outfit does not give you permission to reuse it freely, sell it, imply an endorsement, or license it to someone else. Do not repost another person's outfit as your own original work. Try-on results generated from someone else's community post cannot be published back to the community.
Do not post or distribute the following content, or use avatars, display names, text embedded in images, QR codes, or other means to engage in the following conduct:
You must be at least 13 to use OutfitMuse and meet any additional age or parental-consent requirements under applicable local law and our Terms of Service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service. Do not encourage minors to disclose private images or personal information, or to take part in dangerous or illegal activities.
When posting AI-generated or AI-edited images, disclose their AI origin as prompted and use the app's labeling features. Do not deliberately remove, alter, falsify, or hide AI labels. Do not present AI-generated content as a real photograph, a real event, or something a person actually did when that would mislead others.
AI outfit and try-on images are styling references. They may differ from real clothing, body proportions, fabrics, or how an outfit fits, and do not guarantee a real-world result.
Use the in-app reporting tools to report a post or account that violates these Guidelines. You can also contact us through the app's feedback tools or at support@echojoy.cn. Include enough information to identify the issue. We use report information only as needed to review and address the report and maintain safety; personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We review reports promptly, take appropriate action, and provide the outcome through the app or the contact details you supply. A report does not automatically remove a post. Illegal content or threats that need urgent attention will be handled according to their nature and applicable requirements.
Blocking an author hides their public posts, including posts you previously saved, from your account. You can unblock them in Profile → Settings. Blocking affects what you see; it does not mean we have found a violation or removed the author's content for everyone.
We use content-safety checks and may remove posts, restrict posting or other features, or suspend or terminate access, depending on the nature, impact, and seriousness of a violation. Where legally required, we preserve necessary records and report relevant matters to the appropriate authorities.
If we remove your post, you can see the reason in My posts. If you believe a decision was made in error, use the app's feedback tools or email support@echojoy.cn with an explanation and any relevant evidence of your rights to the content. We will review the appeal and respond.
You can delete your public posts in My posts. Once a post is deleted or removed, it is no longer displayed in the community, and new try-ons cannot be started from that post. Deleting a public post does not delete the original content in your private wardrobe or outfit history.
Copies that others have already shared or downloaded outside the app, and private try-on results already generated by other users, may not disappear automatically when the original post is deleted. We handle infringement and personal-information requests under applicable law. Account deletion and any necessary retention are covered by our Privacy Policy.
We will publish the latest version of these Guidelines when they change. For material changes to public visibility or content permissions, we will provide reasonable notice before they apply and obtain consent where required. For questions, complaints, or appeals, use the app's feedback tools or contact support@echojoy.cn.
These Guidelines do not limit any privacy, consumer, complaint, or other rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live. Applicable regional terms and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
