These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of OutfitMuse's mobile applications, websites, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking an acceptance button, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

You may create an account using email verification and, where offered, Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app deletion flow or the Account Deletion Instructions.

2. The Service

OutfitMuse helps you organize wardrobe content and obtain AI-assisted outfit suggestions, visualizations, and related styling features. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for product development, safety, legal compliance, or operations. If a material change significantly reduces a paid feature in the future, any applicable additional terms will describe your rights.

The initial version of the Services does not include subscriptions, advertising, or in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features, we will present applicable pricing and additional terms before charging you.

3. Your Content and Permission to Process It

"Your Content" means photos, prompts, profile information, feedback, and other materials that you upload, submit, or make available through the Services.

You retain any rights you have in Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transform, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide the Services you request, including sending necessary inputs to contracted AI providers for an AI feature that you choose to use.

We do not use Your Content to train or improve our or a third party's AI models. Your Content is not public by default. You may delete it in the app or by deleting your account, subject to the retention periods and limited exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own Your Content or have all permissions needed to upload and use it. In particular, do not upload another person's image, likeness, or private information unless you have their permission and a lawful basis to do so.

4. AI Features

AI outputs are generated from your inputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. OutfitMuse provides outfit suggestions and visualizations for general informational and creative purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, identity-verification, professional-fitting, or safety advice, and they do not guarantee any real-world result.

You must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for a decision that could materially affect a person's rights, safety, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, or access to essential services.

When you choose to use an AI-powered feature and provide its necessary inputs, you authorize the processing described in our Privacy Policy. You may stop using an AI-powered feature at any time; the relevant feature cannot operate without the necessary inputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or sexually exploitative, or that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• upload photos of another person without authorization, or use the Services to create deceptive or harmful impersonations;
• attempt to generate or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content;
• interfere with the Services, evade rate limits or security controls, introduce malware, scrape the Services, or use unauthorized automation;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use the Services in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, privacy, or intellectual-property laws.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting us.

6. Ownership

The Services, including their software, interfaces, names, logos, and other content supplied by OutfitMuse, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

As between you and OutfitMuse, you may use generated results for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a result does not infringe third-party rights or violate law. Do not represent AI-generated results as real photographs or factual advice where doing so would mislead others or violate applicable law.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the Services, without identifying you unless you separately agree.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services use third-party providers for functions such as sign-in, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, crash reporting, and email delivery. Their processing of personal information for us is described in the Privacy Policy and Subprocessor List. If you use an independent third-party service linked from the Services, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTFITMUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for every use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitMuse and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitMuse's total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless OutfitMuse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from OutfitMuse's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension, Termination, and Survival

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access as described in Section 5 or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including Sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13—will survive, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice through the Services or by another appropriate method. If the change requires your consent, we will request it. If you continue using the Services after the effective date of an update, you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts with jurisdiction at the location of OutfitMuse's registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in a court that cannot legally be waived under the law where you live.

14. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and OutfitMuse regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
