You may request deletion of your OutfitMuse account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to OutfitMuse.
2. Open Profile → Settings (or directly in Profile in versions without a Settings page).
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Review the information and confirm the deletion request.

The in-app deletion request uses your existing signed-in session. You do not need to provide a password, an additional email verification code or payment authentication to delete your account. If your session has expired, sign in again using an available Google, Apple or email-verification sign-in option before continuing. Enter an email sign-in code only in the app's sign-in flow, not in a message to support.

When you confirm account deletion in the app, we immediately close your account, stop providing services to that account, sign you out and remove locally stored account data. Associated personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized as described below, subject to the limited retention and backup exceptions. You can no longer sign in with the deleted account.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your OutfitMuse account, uninstalling the app or signing out does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If automatic renewal remains enabled, the store may continue charging you after deletion, although you can no longer use the deleted account to access membership benefits, credits or saved content.

We recommend canceling renewal with the original store first. Use the in-app subscription-management entry, Apple subscription settings, or Google Play subscription settings, signing in with the store account used to purchase. Opening a management page does not itself cancel a subscription; check the confirmation and status in the store.

You may keep your account while using remaining benefits, or choose to continue with deletion after reviewing the warning. Canceling successfully or waiting until the paid period ends is not a prerequisite for choosing deletion. If we cannot confirm renewal status, check the original store; we do not treat an unknown status as confirmation of cancellation.

Deletion does not waive mandatory refund rights or a claim concerning an unfulfilled purchase. Necessary transaction and entitlement records may be retained for the limited purposes described below and in the Privacy Policy. For billing or refund assistance after deletion, contact support with a redacted order record and the original store; do not send card details, passwords or security codes. See the Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email support@echojoy.cn with the subject line OutfitMuse Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your OutfitMuse account, or include that email address in the request. Never send us your Google, Apple or email-account password, a sign-in verification code, a payment authentication code or full payment-card details. Do not attach photos or identity documents to an initial request.

For a request made outside the app, we may ask for the minimum information necessary to confirm that you control the account, such as your account email and relevant non-sensitive account details. This is account-ownership verification, not payment verification. If additional identity evidence is necessary, we will explain why and provide an appropriate secure submission method; we will never ask you to disclose a password or verification code to support.

For a request submitted outside the app, we process it promptly after the necessary account-ownership verification, within applicable legal time limits, and confirm completion. If additional time is needed, we explain the reason and expected completion time. This support route does not add a waiting period or support requirement to in-app account deletion.

What we delete

When you confirm deletion in the app, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the following associated personal data, subject only to the limited exceptions below:

• your account profile and sign-in linkage;
• saved wardrobe and clothing photos;
• profile or body photos and profile information;
• preferences, saved recommendations, and generated images;
• prompts, feedback, and other account-associated content; and
• other account-linked personal records, except the minimum records expressly covered by the limited exceptions below.

Community data

Account deletion also covers your community posts and account-linked interaction and report records, subject to the limited exceptions below. Your posts will no longer be publicly accessible. External copies and other users' already-generated try-on results may remain.

Limited retention and backup exceptions

If specific records must be retained by law or are temporarily needed for security audits or dispute resolution, we retain only the minimum necessary information for the shortest necessary period, restrict processing to the permitted purpose, and delete or irreversibly anonymize it when that requirement ends. Where technical limitations temporarily prevent deletion from backups, we securely isolate those copies and limit processing to storage and necessary security protection until they can be deleted or irreversibly anonymized as soon as technically possible. These exceptions do not permit continued use of retained personal data for other purposes. Anonymization means the data can no longer identify or be linked to you and cannot be restored to an identifiable form.

Necessary purchase, subscription, entitlement and billing-support records may be retained for limited legal, accounting, refund, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. We retain only the minimum necessary records, restrict their use to the relevant purpose and delete or irreversibly anonymize them when no longer required. This does not permit indefinite retention of your photos or all account content.

Deleting your OutfitMuse account does not delete information held independently by Apple, Google, your email provider, or another service you used outside OutfitMuse. Their own policies apply.
