Account Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your OutfitMuse account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to OutfitMuse.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Review the information, confirm the deletion request, and complete any verification shown in the app.

When the request is accepted, we sign you out and remove locally stored account data from the app.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email support@echojoy.cn with the subject line OutfitMuse Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your OutfitMuse account, or include that email address in the request. Do not send photos, passwords, verification codes, or identity documents unless we ask through a secure channel.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What we delete

Within 30 days after we verify and accept your request, we delete or de-identify from our active systems:

• your account profile and sign-in linkage;
• saved wardrobe and clothing photos;
• profile or body photos and profile information;
• preferences, saved recommendations, and generated images;
• prompts, feedback, and other account-associated content; and
• account-linked records that are no longer needed for security, legal, or operational purposes.

We isolate backup copies from normal use and delete or overwrite them within 90 days after account deletion. We may retain a minimal record only where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or maintain security. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted when the retention obligation ends.

Deleting your OutfitMuse account does not delete information held independently by Apple, Google, your email provider, or another service you used outside OutfitMuse. Their own policies apply.
