These Terms supplement the global OutfitMuse Terms of Service for India. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable Indian law continue to apply.

Account and Service

To delete your account, open Profile → Settings (or directly in Profile in versions without a Settings page) in the app and follow the account-deletion instructions.

You must be at least 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You can create an account with email verification, Apple or Google and must keep sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app. Account deletion does not automatically erase all associated content. See our Privacy Policy for requests to delete remaining personal data and applicable retention rules.

OutfitMuse provides wardrobe organization, outfit suggestions and AI-assisted visualizations. The Service includes free features and, where offered, subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. The offer explains the price, benefits, billing period, renewal and cancellation before purchase; our Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms apply subject to mandatory Indian consumer rights. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising. We may change or suspend a feature when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, legal compliance or product development.

Your Content and AI

You keep the rights you have in the photos, prompts, profile information, feedback and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, transform and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support and provide the Service you request, including sending necessary inputs to contracted AI providers when you choose an AI feature.

You must have the permission and lawful basis needed to upload another person’s image or private information. Your Content is not public by default and is not used to train AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected; it is for general creative and informational purposes, not medical, legal, financial, identity-verification or professional advice.

Rules, liability and law

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or exploitative content; create harmful impersonations; bypass security; introduce malware; scrape; or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it. We may remove content or suspend access for a violation, security risk or legal requirement, with notice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot be limited by law.

People’s Republic of China law governs only to the extent it does not take away mandatory Indian consumer protection or non-waivable jurisdiction. Contact: support@echojoy.cn.

AI consent and account deletion

AI features use only OpenAI models through Vercel AI Gateway. Before sending necessary inputs, we explain the data, purpose and recipients and request your explicit consent. You may decline; no inputs are sent for that request and the dependent feature cannot generate the requested result. Accepting these Terms or buying membership does not replace that consent. Apple and Google may still be used for sign-in and purchases.

Deleting your OutfitMuse account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. We recommend canceling renewal with the original store to avoid future charges, but you can proceed with deletion after reviewing the warning without first canceling or waiting for the paid period to expire. Mandatory refund and other consumer rights remain available.

Community Rules

Where community features are available, the images you choose to publish, including associated item images, are publicly visible with your nickname and avatar. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish them, including permission to use another person's image or likeness.

You retain your rights. By publishing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display and review your content as needed to provide the community service, and to let users save, share and try on published outfits through the app's features. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted commercial use or AI model training.

You may delete your public posts without deleting your original private content. Deletion cannot recall external copies and does not delete other users' already-generated try-on results. Personal information and deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Do not publish unlawful or infringing content, pornography, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, violent or hateful content, harassment, impersonation, or content that violates others' privacy. You can report posts and block authors. We may remove content or restrict publication for violations. For complaints or appeals, contact support@echojoy.cn.
